Glass Claims
You may be aware of a recent announcement that Auto Windscreens has gone into administration. National Windscreens has been our backup provider for a number of years and we have therefore arranged for them to act as our supplier to provide windscreen replacement and repair for KGM policyholders whilst we are out to tender with the contract. A new permanent appointment is expected soon and a further announcement will be made shortly. Should a KGM policyholder need to make a glass claim, please ask them to continue to contact our Claim Notification Line on 0844 412 6412 where their enquiry will be dealt with.
Unfortunately an old 0800 glass claim number that remains in our Commercial Vehicle and Public & Private Hire policy booklets is no longer valid. Policyholders need to ring the number above in the event of a glass claim. We are in the process of updating these policy booklets with the correct contact number and apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
