Objective
To develop a fleet account of a specifically
targeted nature with the support of a select number of brokers from
England, Scotland and Wales.
We will try to avoid supporting brokers who will clearly be
in direct competition with you and, where a fleet presentation is
received from two or more brokers, the same terms will be quoted.
We will provide you with a prompt and accurate
service at all times.
Finally, we will endeavour to provide the means
to ensure healthy renewal retention.
Target Market
Please try to ensure all enquiries match the
profile of our target market, the key elements of which are:
- A vehicle schedule of car and/or light commercials
- A minimum of 5 vehicles with no upper limit
- Primarily comprehensive cover
- Flexibility in terms of driving restrictions
- Maximum value £80,000 per vehicle
- Specialists in bonus to fleet conversions
Not Quoted for
- Vehicles with more than 7 seats
- Commercials that exceed 7.5T GVW
- Private, Public or Self Drive Hire
- Courier use
- Motor trade risks
- Carriage of hazardous or explosive goods and waste disposal

Please provide:
- Full details of profession and nature of any goods to be carried
- Previous insurers fleet experience or current bonus levels
- Renewal premium, terms and cover details
- Details of any poor driver records, claims or convictions
- Vehicle schedule including GVW of any commercial vehicles
- Better risk assessment and improved quotations may be achieved
if you are able to provide the following:
- Full details of principal drivers
- Overnight vehicle location
- Security devices fitted to vehicles
Closure of the risk is achieved by the insured signing a declaration
that will refer to the information already provided as forming the
basis of the contract - no lengthy
proposal forms.

Adjustments
In order to meet the requirements of the Motor
Insurers Database, we will require immediate notification of all policy
adjustments. If there is doubt as to acceptance, the fleet department
can be contacted on 020 8530 1818.
Claims Handling
We have secured the support of Elite Accident
Management.
The main features of this comprehensive fleet
support package are:
- 24 hour 365 days a year accident service
- 24 hour vehicle recovery if undriveable -
1 hour average response
- Courtesy car for the duration of repair
- not available for commercial vehicles)
- Fast track repair management
- Internet tracking - the ability to track repairs via their website
All brokers are expected to give this accident management service
their full support and must not use another service without our prior
approval.
Windscreen claims must be referred to Glassline at Lloyd's, full
details are provided with the policy document.
