Collect and re-deliver your vehicle to and from your home or place of work PC CV MC SV
Supply a courtesy car, where available, while your car is being repaired, unless your vehicle is beyond economical repair. PC      
Valet of your vehicle on completion of the repairs PC     SV
Guarantee all repairs for three years PC CV MC SV

Key:PC = Private Car, CV = Commercial Vehicle, MC = Motorcycle, SV = Specialist Vehicle

IMPORTANT - the above features are only available though our approved repairer network

Windscreens - available to comprehensive policyholders only.
If you have suffered damage to your front/rear screens or side glass contact

You must pay the first £50/£60 for replacement glass or screen (see policy schedule)
If you do not use Lloyd’s Glassline, you pay the first £100/£120 (see policy schedule)
There will be no excess to pay if the glass or screen can be repaired
This benefit does not extend to sunroof or other roof glass
Cover limits as per policy document

Gather Third Party's vehicle details (Insurance Company, vehicle registration, address, phone number)
